In 1995, my wife Cindy and I decided to open Red Onion Cafe in historic, downtown Joplin, MO. Since then, we have moved to our current location at 4th & Virginia and still enjoy the thriving and chaotic world that is the restaurant business. We also now have three fast-service restaurants: Red Onion Espressoria - Joplin, MO, Red Onion Espressoria – Bentonville, AR and Red Onion Espressoria, Galena, KS. Our goal is to continue to expand the Red Onion Restaurants family and bring our unique perspective on good food and impeccable service to the four-states.
